Great supplement after my workout
“I use 2 scoops a day of Naturalia Pure Marine Collagen in water straight after my workout to help me with muscle repair and bone building after training. I have been using it for about 4 months and a bonus is that I found my hair is healthier, and so are my nails which always use to split. My skin is also better. I recommend Naturalia Pure Marine Collagen. It’s worth the money.”
